VSWebCache?

I am having build problems and I believe it is related to VSWebCache. We have 4 developers all working out of c:\Inetpub\wwwroot on our local machines, and have 11 projects in our solution. We also check in and out all of our project files. Sometimes I get clean compiles on each project however the build fails. All I do is remove and re-add a reference in one of the projects and I then get a clean build.

Any Ideas?I work alone and get all kinds of errors with Visual Studio.net during a build. Often they require deleting some files, although never in VSWebCache. Please post the exact error message so we know what we're dealing with.
